A Simple Mindset Can Help Make Habit Easier

What is a habit? Something that we do out of regularity and that's all. How do we make habits? By doing something again and again. But have you ever realized that when we are in the process of making something as a habit, we tend to lose interest in it. And the process gets slower each day. But this can be changed by a simple change in our mindset. Lets see How?
Have you ever felt that while trying to stick to a habit, many a times we make it a burden to ourselves just by thinking that we have to do it because it is good for us. Because we are benefiting from the habit that's why we want to do it. But with this mindset we tend to lose interest in it and with time instead of the habit becoming regular, we become regular on missing out the thing. For many of us this is alright( I know because I feel so too), but for some it is a matter of concern.
Let's take an example. Suppose I want to exercise daily because I'm gaining weight and an unacceptable body shape (you know the potbelly, breasty chest and the odd shaking muscles whenever we move). Now , I am thinking of doing the exercise because I want to lose weight and maintain good body, in other terms because I'm getting benefit from it. So in the beginning I would do it sincerely but since I'm not looking at the exercise session as something that I can do instead of something I have to do with time the exercise sessions are missed out and then slowly they stop completely and I start gaining weight, again.

Many of you would have felt the same thing about many other habits. So you know what I mean. Now, how can this problem be solved. you wont believe, but the solution is very simple. Instead it is so simple that many of you would say that it is not possible at all.
The solution is that we change our mindset. Instead of thinking the exercise as something I have to do if I think that it is something I can do with freedom and without anyone to stop me. Something that I can feel good about then I would want to do that every day( I started implementing the Idea on myself from today onward and I am already seeing the results withing a few hours ;-) ).
I know many of you would counter the idea with the statement 'easier said than done' and I agree with you guys. But I have a proposal for you, why not try it for once. Give it a shot, lets just think that we are doing this because we are free to do it, we are allowed to, because we can. And I'm sure once that happens we will do it for sure and then that will become a habit( These lines were someone else's words and I'm just writing them in my way).
I hope to make a habit out of exercising and since a friend of mine helped me with this advice, I thought I should share it with all of you. Lets all make habits easier. :-D

Respect or money, Which is important?

“A person should not run after money in life, it should be respect he must look for and try his hardest. Money will come eventually.” This was a statement said to me by one of my close friends. But is it really so, I wonder sometimes. In this era of materialistic life and money-minded people, can respect be earned if you don’t have money? I personally think otherwise. I have found through my experiences and by watching others lives, that when we have money, we get respect. And even if you earned good respect while you had money, once it’s gone, your earned respect will also start to fade away from people’s hearts. You would wonder why I would say this. So let me give you an example. One of my acquaintances, a very good guy by nature and character, worked in a firm. He earned enough to make his life comfortable. In his 8 months of working, and a year since I have known him, whenever a friend of his needed some help from him he would run to his aid. Be it money, time or his a...
