The Number 2

This number represents bad in the modern context (also see the number one). Since 2 is the natural opposite of 1 which was seen as God and goodness, 2 is recognized as bad. However no number by itself is bad and this should be taken in context.
The symbolic interpretation can be seen with the use of two (pairs) or pillars used to signify an entry way to a temple (or holy veil). Note that the pentagram (with one point upward) turned upside down has two points upward. This can be used to signify this difference between one (goodness) and two (bad). This symbol for two can then be seen in it’s symbolic interpretation as the two horns (on a devil’s head).

Relationships - Complex and yet simple

We are social animals, which means we like to associate with people. From the birth till our death we are influenced by and, most of the times unintentionally, influence others. This contact between 2 people, however brief it may be, where they acknowledge the existence of each other creates a relationship between them. The moment you are born you have your first relationship, with your mother, considered to be the most sacred of all relationships in one's lifetime. You are dependent on her for your survival while she is bound to you by the love of offspring. With this you start to grow up gradually and create many more relationships with other people around you. We can categorize all the relationships formed during one's lifetime into 4:   Family Relationships Friendships Romantic Relationships, and Acquaintanceships   Each relationship has its own dynamic however what all of them have in common is a need of interaction between 2 people. Does it really show how rich you are?

www.globalrichlist.com This website claims to tell you how rich you are (percentage) in the whole world basing on your annual salary without considering the family member that you are supporting or your necessary expenditure. Also it assumes that you earn more than Rs.17530/- annually as you cannot enter that value or below. The deductions I have made by entering different values is that the site really has just taken the richest person's property value and based on that and an estimate of world population from UN calculates your position in the "Rich List" which would be very vague. Do not get disappointed or be very happy if you get to know your position on the list.

A tribute to Nance, The Cutest Kitten

make money online This article is written by my friend, Anjala Singh and I am just fulfilling a request she asked me. Everybody loves pets, right? Someone prefers a dog, someone a cat and some other like to keep a parrot. We have also seen people keeping an eagle, a pig, a rat, a chimpanzee and even a tiger too as a pet. Well, everyone has their own taste. But, what do we mean when we take up some random animal as pet? What I think is, a pet is like a child, one that loves you back as much, and sometimes even more, as you love it. You take care of it, love it, spend as much time as you like with it. You sometimes get angry at it too. But it never hates you or annoys you with its unnecessary yapping. They are the closest to you and understand what you are saying even if they don't speak you language.
