Even as the death toll from the 7.9 magnitude earthquake climbs to over 3,200 and stunned survivors struggle to come to terms with the magnitude of the disaster, experts say the worst is yet to come. The quake, which reduced large parts of Kathmandu to rubble, is not the 'great Himalayan quake' that the region has been bracing for.

25th April, 2015 Nepal was hit by an Earthquake of Magnitude 7.8. The shockwaves were felt upto Delhi. I was sitting in my room in front of my laptop when suddenly I felt everything shaking. Though nothing happened in Delhi but I am sure people panicked. Everybody ran out of their houses as soon as possible. I heard women shouting to get everyone out, children were crying because they were scared. Even I was scared a bit. The shaking happened for 5 whole mins. Location Of Epicenter That feeling I cannot shake off. After a little while another tremor was felt, a little lower on Richter Scale. But scary all the same. Again I did not run out of my apartment. When everything settled down I switched on the news and found out that it was in Nepal where the Earthquake's Epicentre was located. Somewhere around 50 miles northwest of Kathmandu.
